1.1 This is a binding agreement between you and “GrandCyTaxi Cyprus” (“us”, “we”, “Company”). By using the Internet site located at ‘www.GrandCyTaxicyprus.com’ (the “Site”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If at any time you find these Terms & Conditions unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of it.


2.1 All prices are quoted per vehicle.

2.2 Prices are quoted to drive through a most economical route. If the passenger nominates a route to their preference, the passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting and other charges.

2.3 The price of transfer displayed on our website depends on the chosen type of vehicle and distance between departure and destination points.

2.4 The prices stated on our website apply only for online bookings.


3.1 It is the booker’s or passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they reserve or book the correct size of the vehicle in order to carry the number of passengers and luggage.

3.2 The vehicle capacities are stated on the website of GrandCyTaxi Cyprus.

3.3 If the passenger has booked a smaller vehicle capacity to carry the number of passengers and luggage, the driver reserves the right to refuse to carry the passengers due to Health and Safety rules.


4.1 Payments can be made by with Cash only at the end of your journey.

4.2 We accept the following currencies but only provide change in (€) Euros: (€) Euro, (£) British Pound, (RUB) Russian Ruble, ($) Us Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar


5.1 The person making the Booking must be at least 18 years of age and has the responsibility to follow the online booking process, ensure all the details provided are correct and complete and make full payment.

5.2 To make a booking, Customer must fill in all the required fields on the online booking form and type in or choose a city or an airport as his/her pick-up and drop-off locations.

5.3 It is required to enter the travel details: address, flight as well as the contact information. The customer is responsible for entering correct contact details.

5.4 GrandCyTaxi Cyprus will confirm the online booking via email only if a valid email address is provided.


6.1 The driver will meet the Customer at the pick-up location at the time specified in the Booking Confirmation,

6.2 If the pick-up location is at the Airport, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a sign with the Customer’s name on it.

6.3 The driver will be waiting for the Customer for 1 hour after the plane lands. If within this time the Customer fails to meet the driver, the transfer will be considered as canceled.

6.4 In the case where the Customer loses their luggage, they should inform us about this incident before they start the luggage claim process as this should take a while and the driver needs to be informed about it.


7.1 All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle and should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

7.2 If you are booking a transfer with GrandCyTaxi Cyprus, as per our local laws, we do recommend the use of infant, child or booster seats for those under the age of 12 for safety purposes. During the booking, you are given the chance to reserve the appropriate seat.


8.1 Although wheelchair accessible vehicles are not available, we are still able to provide services for disabled passengers as long as they are able to board the vehicle independently or with the assistance of those in their party. We only take foldable wheelchairs.

  1. PETS

9.1 Passengers who are traveling with pets must inform us through the booking process. Pets should be kept during the journey in the crate that the owner will bring with them.


10.1 All luggage items are carried entirely at your own risk.

10.2 Company cannot be held responsible for any financial losses, missed flights or meetings because the car is not arriving at the pick-up location at the booked time due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents, road closures or event destruction. In unexpected incidences such this, we will call and inform the customer as soon as we are aware of the delay and it is passenger’s responsibility to make the decision to wait for our car to arrive or to make alternative travel arrangements.

10.3 There is no circumstance under which any factors out of our control cause GrandCyTaxi Cyprus to be liable for any personal loss or business loss whatsoever such as loos of profits.

10.4 GrandCyTaxi Cyprus will endeavor to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as is practical in the event that your vehicle breaks down and get you to your destination. GrandCyTaxi Cyprus will not be held responsible for any losses, costs, expenses or damages resulting from the breakdown of a vehicle.

10.5 Company cannot be held responsible being given the wrong booking information by the customer or the customer booked it online and got the booking reference number but has not received any booking confirmation from us.

10.6 Until customer does not receive a booking confirmation, booking is not confirmed. This applies only to online bookings.


11.1 When you contact us, you expressly consent and agree to receive email responses from us. These email communications may be commercial or non-commercial in nature.


12.1 Smoking and drinking is prohibited in the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the car and ask Customer to leave.


13.1 GrandCyTaxi Cyprus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes posted online.

13.2 This agreement and any accompanying price quotation represent the entire agreement between you and GrandCyTaxi Cyprus in relation to its subject matter. If there is any discrepancy between the terms of this agreement and the quotation, then the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
